1. Our Services

Ghost Print Co. provides managed, on-demand custom merch stores and bulk ("Cursed Batch") merch orders for brand owners, creators, and teams.

2. Orders & Payment

- On-demand stores are billed monthly as described on our Pricing page.

- Bulk ("Cursed Batch") orders are quoted individually and may require a deposit before production begins.

- All prices are subject to change; we'll notify you of any changes that affect an active order or store.

3. Artwork & Intellectual Property

You represent that you own or have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit to us. You grant Ghost Print Co. a license to reproduce your artwork solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in on our Intake form, Contact form, or elsewhere on the Site, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Ghost Print Co. related to your order, store, and customer service.

- Message frequency varies depending on your order and account activity.

- Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.

- To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Supported carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers; carrier coverage and availability may vary.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ghost Print Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
